The learned counsel for the applicant has also stated that, inadvertently, he has mentioned that the charge-sheet is filed. This is a matter of liberty of the person.

The bail is already granted to the applicant and the Court is not available during this vacation. As the applicant has stated it on affidavit that, he has inadvertently stated about filing of charge-sheet, which is not yet filed, it be considered while releasing the applicant.
