This application has been taken up by the petitioner to amend the Writ Petition so as to bring on record the events which has happened subsequent to the filing of Writ Petition. The amendments are to the effect that the petitioner has amalgamated into 'JSW Steel Coated Products Limited'. Thus, the name of petitioner has to be changed from 'M/s. Ispat Industries Limited' to 'JSW Steel Coated Products Limited'.

Hence, the application is allowed.

Amendment to be carried out within two weeks and the amended copy be supplied to the respondents.
