Dated : 4 th December, 2018 The petitioner has remedy of filing an election petition under Section 21 of the Maharashtra Municipal Councils, Nagar Panchayats and Industrial Townships Act, 1965 to challenge the election of the Vice-President of Kurkheda Nagar Panchayat. In view of this, the petition is dismissed on the ground of existence of alternate remedy.
