CORAM : S. B. SHUKRE, J.
DATED : 21 JANUARY, 2015 Heard.
Considering the fact that the applicant is aged about 50 years and who has been dismissed from service in November, 2009 as an immediate fall out of his conviction on 08/10/2009 in Sessions Case No. 3 of 2006 and that there is still a hope for the applicant to secure his job if he succeeds in the appeal, I am of the view that sufficient case has been made out by the applicant for expediting final hearing of the case. Therefore, the application is allowed.
Let the matter be fixed for final hearing in the first week of March, 2015.
