A limited prayer is made in this writ petition is to direct the respondent Nos.3 and 4 to consider the representations of the petitioners dated 21.03.2025 and 21.08.2024 whereby the petitioners are trying to bring to the notice of the authorities the issue relating to land grabbing.

Considering the issue involved in the present matter, we are of the opinion that the purpose would be served if the directions are issued to the respondent No.5 - Tahsildar to consider the representations of the petitioners and place the report before the Collector after hearing the petitioners and the interested party.

Accordingly, the petitioners are permitted to submit detailed representation along with supporting documents and material before the Tahsildar within one week. Thereupon, the Tahsildar shall conduct an enquiry and after hearing the petitioners and interested parties if any and prepare a report and submit the same to the

2 930.wp.4241.25 Collector for further action, within four weeks from the date of the submission of the representations by the petitioners.

The Collector is further directed to consider the report of the Tahsildar and take action in accordance with law.
