DATED : JUNE 06, 2018.

1.

Heard advocate Shri M.V.Bute for the petitioners. He fairly states that the judgment delivered by this Court on 13th April, 2018 in Writ Petition No. 1562 of 2004 and other connected matters is already challenged before the Hon'ble Apex Court. The Special Leave Petition was also taken up for consideration on 04/06/2018 and the Hon'ble Apex Court has fixed the matter immediately after sumer vacations i.e. in first week of July, 2018. He claims order protecting employment of the petitioners till then.

2.

Advocate Shri Bhandarkar, who appeared for the petitioners in disposed of petitions (supra) submits that request for stay was made on 13/04/2018 and this Court had rejected it. He also states that as the matter is subjudice before the Hon'ble Apex Court this Court should not intervene.

We have rejected the prayer for stay on 13/04/2018 itself. Thereafter the matter is now pending before the Hon'ble Apex Court. We, therefore, find ourselves unable to pass any order in the matter. Hence, keeping all the contentions of the petitioner open, we dispose of the petition. No costs.
