The learned counsel for the respondent No.1 makes a statement that he does not want to press Civil Application 1974 of 2022 and accordingly, he has filed Pursis dated 02.03.2023. 2.

The Pursis is taken on record and accordingly, the permission is granted to the respondent No.1 to withdraw the Civil Application No.1974 of 2022.

It is pointed out that while passing the judgment dated 24.02.2020 though the 6% interest per annum was granted, the date from which it was granted, was not mentioned. 4.

Accordingly, the judgment dated 24.02.2020 is modified and thereby following words namely "from the date of filing of Claim Petition" in paragraph 28, after the words "at the rate of 6 % per annum including no fault liability", be added. 5.

After carrying out corrections, judgment be uploaded afresh. nd.thawre
