Shri Moharil, learned Counsel for the respondents states that since he is appearing for the respondents, there is no need to pass any formal order for issuance of notice.

The petition be tagged along with Writ Petition Nos.6652 and 6653 of 2015 and put up on the board for admission after two weeks.
