This is an application for condonation of delay. The applicant states that there is a delay of 9 days in filing the appeal, however, the office note shows that there is a delay of 33 days.

The reasons stated in the application are found to be satisfactory and in the circumstances though the learned counsel for the non-applicant has objection for allowing this application, since we are satisfied with the reasons stated in the application for condonation of delay, the application is deserves to be allowed.

Accordingly, the civil application is allowed. 5.

Delay of 33 days caused in filing the appeal stands condoned.
