The petitioners are permitted to serve the respondent nos. 5-B, 5-C, 5-E and respondent no.6 by private mode of service, in addition to regular mode of service, including service on the learned lawyer appearing before the trial Court and file affidavit of service by next date, failing which the petitioners shall deposit costs of Rupees Five Hundred with High Court Legal Services SubCommittee, Nagpur. 4.

Time of one week is granted to pay costs of Rs.500/- as per order 5th April, 2023.

Civil Application (CAW) No. 1728 of 2023 As the application does not survive.
