Since the name of the trustee is now known to the applicant, the civil application stands disposed of. C.A.Z. NO.45/2015.
The applicant seeks permission to substitute the name of the respondent no.3 by proposed respondent no.3-Rajendra Anandrao Dharat as the original respondent no.3 has expired and the proposed respondent no.3 is the trustee of the trust. Ms Kalia, the learned counsel for the respondent nos.7 and 9, does not have any objection to the prayer made. Hence, for the reasons stated in the application, the applicant is permitted to substitute the name of the respondent no.3 by the proposed respondent no.3 and also to delete the names of the respondent nos.5, 6 and 8. The necessary amendment should be carried out within a period of one week. The civil application is allowed in the aforesaid terms and disposed of.
