Issue notice to the non-applicant/State.

Learned APP waives notice for respondent/State. This application is for condonation of six days delay caused in preferring the appeal against the judgment and order dated 02/04/2019 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Gadchiroli, in Sessions Case No.17/2017. The applicants came to be convicted for the offence punishable under Section 302 r/w. Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code and are sentenced to suffer R.I. for life each and to pay fine of Rs.1,000/-, in default, to suffer R.I. for three months. The applicants are further convicted for the offence punishable under Section 307 r/w Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code and are sentenced to suffer R.I. for 10 years each and to pay fine of Rs.1,000/- each, in default, to suffer R.I. for three months each.

Considering the grounds mentioned in the application, case is made out for condoning the delay.
