Heard Shri A. P. Raghute, learned counsel for the applicant and perused the grounds raised in the review application. According to the learned counsel for the applicant the complete copy of the minutes of the proceedings held on 31.05.2018 was not placed on the record of the writ petition. For this reason, fresh adjudication of the writ petition ought to be done.

We find that on consideration of the minutes dated 31.05.2018 that though the Joint Director had clarified that the appointment of the original petitioner was only for one session, the observations in paragraphs 8 to 10 of the judgment are sufficient to safeguard the interests of all parties. The submission of the learned counsel for the applicant that the complete copy of the minutes were not on record would not make any difference to the final outcome of the writ petition.

We therefore do not find any error apparent on the face of record. Miscellaneous Civil Application (Review) No.530/2021 stands rejected.
