Heard learned Counsel for the applicant and learned APP for the State.

Learned APP pointed out that though investigation papers shows that there was a love affair between the victim and the present applicant, but considering that the present applicant has obtained the obscene videos and the report of the same is still awaiting and obtaining the obscene videos is a serious crime.

In view of the statement and considering the investigation papers, the allegation is that he has prepared the obscene videos and therefore, the report is the material evidence. In view of that, the learned Counsel for the applicant seeks permission to

The application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to file the application after the analysis report of the mobile phone of the present applicant is received.

The fees of the appointed Counsel be quantified as per rules.
