Respondents-claimants were permitted to withdraw 50% of the balance amount as per the order dated 10/02/2020. Respondent No.1B - Ashok Bhaurao Sawdekar is a paralytic patient. Medical certificate given by a private hospital is attached. He is aged about 63 years. Hence, exceptional case made out for granting exemption from personal verification.

The ofÏce is directed to transfer the share of respondent No.1B - Ashok Bhaurao Sawdekar as per the share mentioned in the Pursis, dated 10/02/2020 without insisting for personal verification, at the earliest.
