Learned Counsel Shri Deshpande appearing for respondent no.2 has brought to our notice the earlier order dated 05.09.2022 indicated that the issue involved in this petition is covered by the decision of this Court in bunch of petition decided by the Aurangabad Bench of this Court in Writ Petition No.6179/2021 Neha Raju More and others Vs. Union of India and others along with others, decided on 29/10/2021.

On said appraisal, the learned Counsel for the petitioner sought time to respond, but till date no progress.

In such a background, again petitioner is absent, perhaps he has lost the interest in view of the adjudication made in the above decision.
