A limited request is made in this petition to direct the State Information Commissioner, Amravati to decide the second appeal, pending before the State Information Commissioner, Amravati within a stipulated time.

The communication of the State Information Commissioner shows that presently the matters of 2019 are going on and in due course, the appeal of the petitioner would be heard. 4.

Admittedly, an information which is sought by the petitioner is in relation to a third person and the information sought is not for public purpose or in public interest. No grounds are stated for directing the State Information Commissioner to hear the second appeal of the petitioner out of turn or expeditiously.
