OCTOBER 10, 2025 1) The petitioner is challenging the order dated 30/12/2022 passed by the Tahsildar, Parshivni, District Nagpur, whereby action under Section 48(7) of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966 (for short "MLRC") was taken against the petitioner.

2) As the order is passed under Section 48(7) of the MLRC and an alternate and efficacious remedy to file Appeal under Section 247 of the MLRC lies against the said order. The petition is disposed of as not maintainable.

3) The petitioner is at liberty to file the appeal within a period of four weeks from today. The time spent in prosecuting the present petition shall be taken into consideration by the appellate authority, while considering the application for condonation of delay. No order as to costs.
