This is an application for condonation of delay in filing the Criminal Revision before this Court. The applicant is wife. She preferred an application under Section 125, Criminal Procedure Code, before the Family Court, bearing Application No. E.134/2012. On 9th May, 2014, the learned Judge of the Family Court No.2 dismissed the application filed on behalf of the present applicant. Against that, the Revision is filed.

I have heard Mr. Dhoble, learned counsel for the applicant.

Though notice of this application for condonation of delay is duly served on the respondent, for the reasons best known to him, he chose not to remain present before this Court. After hearing learned counsel for the applicant and after having gone through the contents of the application, I am of the opinion that sufficient cause is pointed out for condoning the delay. Hence Criminal Application No. 94 of 2015 is hereby allowed. The delay caused in filing the Criminal Revision is condoned. Office is directed to register the Criminal Revision Application.

Application is allowed and disposed of.
