The petitioner is at liberty to approach the Additional Commissioner, Nagpur who passed the order dated 27th March 2015 setting aside the order of the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Gadchiroli. The petitioner claims the consequential relief arising out of setting aside of such order.

If the petitioner approaches the Additional Commissioner, Nagpur, he shall look into the matter and pass appropriate order. The Writ Petition stands disposed of.
