The grievance of the Petitioners is, that the Respondents No.1 and 2 - Planning Authority have failed to take necessary steps to remove the alleged encroachment as sought to be indicated in the representation - notice dated 31.10.2016 made by the Petitioners to the Respondent No.2.

In that view of the matter, keeping all the contentions of the parties open, the Respondent No.1 shall decide the representation dated 31.10.2016 in accordance with law and may take such action as is warranted thereafter. Writ petition is disposed of.
