DATED :- 01/02/2021 The petitioner claims non-compliance of the order passed in Writ Petition No.5923 of 2019, whereby the respondent No.1 was directed to grant approval to the appointment of the petitioner to the post since the date of his appointment.

Affidavit in reply is filed on behalf of the respondent, claiming compliance of the directions issued by this Court. The communication dated 29/01/2021 addressed to the Headmaster, Holy Cross Convent English High School, Amravati, thereby informing the Headmaster that the Government has granted approval to the appointment of the petitioner on compassionate ground on the post of Peon, is placed on record.

In view of the compliance, the contempt petition is disposed of.
