This is an application for restoration of the criminal revision application which was dismissed for want of prosecution on 9.6.2017. The application for restoration is well within time. Though learned counsel for the nonapplicant has seriously objected for restoration, for the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed subject to payment of costs of Rs.2,500/- to the non-applicant/wife.
