By this criminal application, the applicant seeks the quashing and setting aside of the first information report registered against the applicant for the offences punishable under Sections 420 and 465 of the Penal Code as also the offences punishable under the provisions of the Information Technology Act.

Shri Doifode, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the non-applicant no.1, states that the charge-sheet is filed and the applicant can as well avail the remedy before the trial Court.

Since the charge-sheet is filed, the applicant is free to avail the appropriate remedy before the trial Court. We dispose of the criminal application on the statement made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor. Order accordingly.
