At the outset, learned counsel Shri N.R.Tekade for applicants submits that he has instructions from applicants to withdraw this application since applicants wish to file an application for discharge before Trial Court in view of filing of chargesheet. The prayer is accepted.

The criminal application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to applicants to file the application for discharge before Trial Court.

It is made clear that the case of applicants was not tested by this Court on its own merits.
