CORAM : B.P.DHARMADHIKARI AND P.N.DESHMUKH, JJ.

DATED : JULY 8, 2015.

Heard.

We find that by impugned communication only cooperation of petitioner has been sought. The apprehension of seizure of vehicle at least at this stage is premature. We are, therefore, not inclined to examine argument in relation thereto on merits. Keeping those contentions open and with liberty to approach competent forum, in accordance with law, if any adverse action is taken, we dispose of petition.

No costs.

JUDGE JUDGE Chute.
