The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the oral testimony of the victim, her mother and one eye witness, is recorded by the learned trial Court and victim has not supported the prosecution case. In the light of the same, the learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the present application with a prayer to direct the trial Court to conclude the trial, in next one month.

Permission to withdraw the present application is granted.

The trial Court is requested to conclude the trial on or before 14th November, 2022.

The applicant is at liberty to move afresh, if the trial is not concluded on or before 14th November, 2022. The criminal application is disposed of as withdrawn.
