DATE : 16 MARCH 2022 This is an application for early hearing filed on behalf of the petitioners. It is pointed out that the petition needs to be heard at the earliest as the petitioners are senior citizens and they have been struggling for enjoying their rights in the property due to long pendency of the litigation.

In these circumstances, the application is disposed of by directing that this petition be included in the list of final hearing cases in the week commencing 25th April 2022. 4.

In the meanwhile, the petitioners shall ensure that the unserved respondents are served with notice. To facilitate the same, issue fresh notice to respondent Nos.1 to 3 and 6, returnable in the week commencing 25th April 2022.
