Nalini w/o Dinesh Rathod seeks intervention in the present appeal being daughter of original claimant - Late Chandusingh Zamlaji Jadhao has expired on 23/08/2008. Shri Kurekar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent Nos.1 to 12 recorded his no objection.

In this view of the matter, the application is allowed.

The appellant to implead the applicant as party respondent No.15 in the present appeal.
