23rd November, 2017 This application has been filed under Section 439 (2), Criminal Procedure Code, praying that the order granting anticipatory bail to the non-applicant be cancelled on account of his non-co-operation. An alternate prayer is also made that the non-applicant be directed to attend the Office of Anti-corruption Bureau, Wardha, for obtaining his voice sample.

On 10th November, 2017, an order was passed directing the non-applicant to attend the Office of the Anti-corruption Bureau, Wardha, on 16th November, 2017, so that his voice sample could be recorded. Today, the learned Addl. Public Prosecutor on instructions has submitted that the non-applicant has complied with this direction and his voice sample has been recorded.

In view of aforesaid, the purpose for filing the present application has been served. Application is accordingly disposed of.
