The applicant has filed this application under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code praying that the complaint filed by the non-applicants 1 and 2 under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, be quashed.

The proceedings are at the stage of recording of evidence. The evidence of complainant is recorded. In my view, it would not be proper, at this stage, to consider the prayer of the applicant
