Considering the reasons stated in the application and the submission made on behalf of the appellant that the appellant will not claim interest on the enhanced amount of compensation, if granted by this Court, for the period from the date of award passed by the reference Court till filing of the appeal before this Court, the delay of 586 days in filing the appeal is condoned.
