NO.11775/2019 Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the grounds in the review application. It is found that the attempt on the part of the applicant is to seek re-appreciation of the material on record to arrive at a different conclusion than the one arrived at while passing the order dated 27.03.2019. Such exercise would be beyond the scope of review jurisdiction. I do not find any error apparent on the face of the record. Hence the review application is rejected.
