DATE: 15.09.2022 The grievance of the applicant is that the order dated 16.7.2020 whereby he was granted furlough leave is not implemented.

The learned APP Mrs. N.R. Tripathi points out that the applicant shall have to apply afresh since the applicant was enjoying the Covid-19 parole and therefore, could not avail the furlough.

The learned APP assures the Court that if an application is preferred, the same shall be considered by the appropriate authority within the next six weeks. 4.

We dispose of the application by permitting the applicant to prefer separate and fresh application for furlough leave which shall be considered on its own merits within the next six weeks.
