The learned counsel for the petitioners has tendered a pursis signed by the petitioner no.1 in the Court today. The same is accepted on record.

It is stated in the pursis that the petitioners are desirous of withdrawing the petition as there is no grazing area available with the respondents.

We permit the petitioners to withdraw the Writ Petition.

The Writ Petition is disposed of as withdrawn. It is however made clear that we have not decided upon the entitlement of the petitioners to seek the grazing permit. Order accordingly.
