At this stage, learned Counsel for the applicant has pressed for grant of interim bail, which has been opposed by the learned A.P.P. for the State.

It is directed that in the event of arrest of the applicant in Crime No.256/2016 registered with police station Kamptee, Nagpur for the offence punishable under Sections 379 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, the applicant shall be released on bail on his furnishing a P. R. Bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- together with one solvent surety in the like amount on the conditions that he shall attend the concerned police station as and when required, shall cooperate with the police and shall not tamper with the prosecution witnesses.
