It appears that by the order dated 10.11.2017 in Writ Petition No.7190 of 2017 and another, we had directed that the present writ petitions be also taken on record and we had directed the petitioners herein to make suitable representation to the respondent nos.1 and 2 and a direction was issued to the respondent no.1 to consider the representation. However, it does not appear that a formal order of disposing of this writ petition was passed.

Hence, by observing that the directions-observations in the order dated 10.11.2017 would apply to these writ petitions also, we dispose of these writ petitions with no order as to costs. JUDGE JUDGE APTE
