This is an application filed by the appellant - wife seeking condonation of delay of 222 days. The reason cited is, due to pandemic situation, she could not approach this Court within limitation.

The learned advocate for the respondent vehemently opposed the application contending that the appellant has failed to give sufficient cause for explaining inordinate delay of 222 days, hence application deserves to be dismissed. Since the delay is satisfactorily explained in application, we allow the application in terms of prayer Clause

(1) and condone the delay. Civil Application is disposed of.
