Heard learned counsel for the applicant to some extent and perused the entire investigation papers, from which it reveals that the applicant as well as other coaccused subjected the victim girl for the sexual assault therefore, I have shown my disinclination to grant bail. 2.

Learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the present application with liberty to file after six months if there is no substantial progress in the trial. 3.

Considering the pendency before the learned trial Court and considering the fact that several accused are facing trial under Sections 354(A), 354(D), 376(2)(n), 376(D), 376(DA), and 506 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, the liberty is to be granted to the applicant after one year if there is no substantial progress in the trial. rkn
