Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AGP for the respondents who appears by waiving notice returnable forthwith.

We have no doubt in mind and nothing has been pointed out to us by learned Government Pleader to take a different view as issue involved in this petition is squarely covered by view taken by this Court consistently in the cases like WP No.2538/2021 decided on 16.11.2021 and W.P. No.1050/2021 decided on 07.03.2022.

We therefore, allow the petition by quashing and setting side the impugned order dated 22.06.2022 and direct the respondent No.2 to take a fresh decision in accordance with law, keeping in view the judgments rendered by this Court in W.P. No.2538/2021 and W.P. No.1050/2021 decided respectively on 16.11.2021 and 07.03.2022 after giving due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of appearance of the petitioner before it. Petitioner shall appear before respondent No.2 on 19.09.2022.

Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
