DATE : APRIL 24, 2015 Prayer is to permit the original claimants to withdraw the amount of compensation. Reasons for seeking withdrawal are mentioned in paragraph 3 of the application. Application is opposed by the learned counsel for the appellant. It is however submitted that in case if permission is granted, the interests of the appellant be duly secured. Considering the reasons as mentioned in the application, the claimants are permitted to withdraw sum of Rs.1,50,000/- subject to furnishing undertaking that in case appeal is allowed, the amount withdrawn shall be repaid with interest at such rate the Court may direct.
