By way of this application, the applicant - respondent No.1 is seeking permission to withdraw the decretal amount, which has been deposited by the appellants with the Registry of this Court. It is stated that the appellants have deposited Rs.67,32,992/- vide CCDR No. 28722 dated 26/08/2021 with the Registry of this Court. 2.

The learned counsel for the respondent No.1 submits that the husband of the respondent No.1 had entered into an agreement to purchase a property i.e. one agricultural land for consideration of Rs.1,39,50,000/-. Out of the said amount, the balance amount, which he has to pay is Rs.93,00,000/-.

Considering this fact, the applicant / respondent No.1 is permitted to withdraw 50% of the decretal amount with accrued interest thereon, subject to furnishing usual undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial). 4.

Application stands disposed of.
