On 21st February, 2018, this Court passed an order as under :

"It seems that the counsel for the applicants is not interested in prosecuting the matter. On 25.09.2017 and 05.01.2017, none appeared for the applicants. Thereafter, we issued notice on 14.11.2017 and granted an interim relief. On 12.12.2017 and 05.02.2018, the matter was listed and none appeared for the applicants.

Today again request is made on behalf of the applicants for adjourning the matter.

Put up this matter on 28.02.2018.

The interim order passed by this Court stands vacated."

The interim relief granted by this Court staying the
