Perused the letter dated 27.03.2018 sent by the Joint Civil Judge, Junior Division, Court No.10, Nagpur, seeking extension of time of six months for disposing of Regular Civil Suit No.581/1987.

By judgment and order dated 17.03.2017, while disposing of the instant second appeal, this Court had directed that the aforesaid Court shall decide the suit within a period of six months. In the aforesaid letter dated 27.03.2018, it has been stated that the legal representatives of the original plaintiff have not appeared before the Court and that the parties have also remained absent on a few occasions. It is made clear that the aforesaid Court should expedite the proceedings and that for the reasons stated in the said letter, in the interest of justice, an extension for a period of six months from today is granted for disposal of Regular Civil Suit No. 581 of 1987, as a last chance. It is made clear that no further request for extension of time will be entertained.
