It is not in dispute that identical challenge in Writ Petition Nos. 1252 and 1255 of 2017 has been favourably considered on 25.07.2017.

For reasons recorded therein, we direct respondent Municipal Council to look into the eligibility and entitlement of petitioner as per law in next three months. If necessary, opportunity of hearing shall be given to petitioner.
