Heard learned counsel for the appellant.

Perused the order dated 05.05.2017. It appears that the appeal is already dismissed by the said order. However, subsequently it was listed and wrongly restored by order dated 03.10.2017.

The learned counsel for the appellant is permitted to deposit cost of Rs. 500/- within one week. The first appeal is already dismissed. Therefore, no need to pass specific order to that effect. The office will not place the matter again.
