DATED : JANUARY 11, 2023 The petitioner was aggrieved with the steps taken in the matter of inter-district transfer by contending that some transfers had been made in contravention of the Government Resolution dated 24/4/2017. He had made a complaint to the Divisional Commissioner on 14/6/2018. Since that complaint has not been adjudicated, this writ petition has been filed.

2) We find that with passage of time, the Government Resolution dated 24/4/2017 now stands substituted by another Government Resolution dated 7/4/2022. It is open for the petitioner to seek redressal of his grievance in the matter of inter-district transfer pursuant to the subsequent Government Resolution.
