Misc. Civil Application St. No. 11319 of 2024 By present application, the applicants - petitioners are seeking to set aside order dated 1-4-2024 passed by the Registrar (Judicial) thereby refusing to register the writ petition. It appears that the petitioners failed to remove office objections within stipulated time and, therefore, the petition was not registered. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners will diligently remove office objections. He further undertakes to remove office objections within ten working days of restoration of the petition.

On the strength of assurance so given, the application is allowed. Writ Petition Stamp No. 23950/2023 is restored on the file.
