DATE : 19.1.2015 Heard Shri D.N. Kukday, the learned advocate for the applicant. As the registration of the appeal was refused by the learned Registrar for non removal of the office objections, without issuing notice to the non-applicants the civil application is allowed. The First Appeal Stamp No.6298/2014 is restored on the condition that the applicant shall remove the office objections till 6 th February, 2015, failing which this order shall stand recalled and the miscellaneous civil application and

In addition, the applicant shall deposit Rs.1,000/- with the Legal Aid Services Sub-Committee, High Court, Nagpur till 6 th February, 2015, in default of which the appeal shall stand dismissed without reference to Court.
