Civil Application (O) No.702/2017:

This is an application filed by the original petitioner No.2/respondent No.1 seeking withdrawal of the amount of compensation for satisfy on merit. Learned counsel for the appellant has no objection to withdraw 50% of the amount subject to usual condition.

Hence, the application is partly allowed. Respondent No.1 is permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount of compensation deposited in the Court with interest thereon subject to furnishing usual undertaking, that in case the decision goes against her she will deposit the entire amount with interest thereon.

Application is disposed of.
